How to Use: Shake well before each use. Spray onto skin—focusing on muscles or areas of tension—and massage in gently. It takes about 30 minutes for the magnesium to fully absorb. It will take about 2 weeks for your magnesium levels to level out; start by using 1 or 2 times a week, then gradually increase your usage. Avoid using on tender skin i.e. after shaving, open cuts, or skin that has a rash.
Note on Application:Â You might occasionally feel a mild tingling, burning, or itching sensation when applying it. This happens because the capillaries in the skin are opening and blood is rushing to the surface as the mineral is absorbed. This is completely normal! If needed, you can simply wash it off with warm water.
