How to Use:Â Massage a generous amount into skin, focusing on areas of tension or dryness. It takes about 30 minutes for the magnesium to fully absorb. It will take about 2 weeks for your magnesium levels to level out; start by using 1 or 2 times a week, then gradually increase your usage.
Note on Application:Â You might occasionally feel a mild tingling, burning, or itching sensation when applying it. This happens because the capillaries in the skin are opening and blood is rushing to the surface as the mineral is absorbed. This is completely normal! If needed, you can simply wash it off with warm water.
